Delivery Information

At eshe we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided;

  • The item you have ordered is in stock
  • Your delivery address has been verified
  • Payment has been approved

Australia Wide

As a valued customer we are happy to provide you with free Registered Postage for all purchases over $100. Delivery times are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Most orders will arrive in 1-6 working days.

International Deliveries

We provide you with two options for International deliveries, Standard Airmail delivery takes between 3-10 working days and costs $20. The other option is Express Airmail which takes 3-7 days and costs $60.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated you may return any purchased item for refund or exchange*. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, so please take the time to familiarize yourself with our Refund and Exchange Policy.

  • All items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
  • You have indicated your intention to exchange/return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • If items are being exchanged, we will post the replacement to you free of charge.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply Click Here to send us an email and we will provide you with a Returns and Exchanges form, and other important information. Please note: We do not accept exchanges if you have not completed our Refund and Exchange form.

*Due to Health Regulations we cannot accept returns on earrings or hair accessories unless they are faulty. We do not offer change of mind returns on items that have been altered/custom made. Refunds will issued if the product was not as described, incorrect, or is faulty. In the case of a faulty item eshe will offer these services in order; repair, replace (where available) or refund. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, eshe will issue a refund via the payment method selected at checkout.

Eshe jewellery values your security. we use Camtech an electronic payment gateway endorsed by the major banks including the Commonwealth Bank, National Bank, ANZ and Bank West. The Camtech Merchant Server uses 1024 bit rsa/56 bit des encryption, to ensure that transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the internet.
